Shipping policy

All Zonaira Ahmed pieces are made to order. The production timeline is 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Delivery time is additional to this.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, dispatched from Lahore, Pakistan by international courier.

Delivery rates

Pakistan: Standard Delivery, Rs 700, 3 to 5 business days.

Asia and the Middle East: DHL Express from Rs 14,000, 3 to 5 business days.

Rest of the world: DHL Express from Rs 14,000, 3 to 5 business days, or Skynet Saver from Rs 10,000, 5 to 8 business days.

International rates are calculated by parcel weight at checkout. All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared by email at the time of dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are complete and accurate. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or losses arising from incorrect delivery details.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges

For deliveries outside Pakistan, import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply in the destination country. These are not included in the product price or the shipping rate, and are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery.

Charges vary by country and are set by the destination authorities, not by Zonaira Ahmed. Where a parcel is refused or returned because such charges have not been paid, any resulting shipping and handling costs remain the responsibility of the client.
