Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order with Zonaira Ahmed.
1. Made to order
All outfits are exclusively made to order. Each piece is individually prepared and customised for the client, and production begins only once the order has been confirmed and payment received.
2. Customisation
Customisation of colour, size and cutline is available upon request. Any additional embellishments or design modifications will be charged separately, depending on the requirements. Such charges will be quoted and confirmed with the client in writing before production begins.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Production is scheduled only once payment has been received in full. All prices are stated in Pakistani Rupees and are exclusive of delivery charges, import duties and local taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Order timeline
The regular production timeline is 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment. Delivery time is additional to this. Should any circumstance require further time, we will inform the client at the earliest opportunity and agree a revised date.
5. Urgent orders
Urgent orders may be accommodated separately, subject to availability and production capacity. Any additional charge for expedited production will be quoted and agreed with the client in writing before work begins.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Lahore, Pakistan by international courier. Delivery times vary by destination and are additional to the production timeline stated above. Tracking details are shared at the time of dispatch. Clients are requested to ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are complete and accurate, as we are unable to accept responsibility for delays or losses arising from incorrect delivery details.
7. Import duties, taxes and customs charges
For deliveries outside Pakistan, import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply in the destination country. These are not included in the product price and are payable by the recipient to the carrier upon delivery. Charges vary by country and are set by the destination authorities, not by Zonaira Ahmed. Where a parcel is refused or returned because such charges have not been paid, any resulting shipping and handling costs remain the responsibility of the client.
8. Cancellation
As every piece is handmade, customised, and made exclusively to order, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced. A request to cancel received before production begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Measurements, size and fit
Clients are requested to provide accurate measurements at the time of placing the order, following the measurement guidance provided. As each garment is cut to the measurements supplied, we are unable to accept responsibility for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements. Should a client wish to raise a fit concern, they are requested to contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zonairaahmed.com, quoting the order number and enclosing photographs of the garment worn together with the measurements taken. Where an alteration is agreed, alteration charges and return shipping may apply and will be confirmed in advance.
10. Returns and exchanges
As all outfits are made to order and customised specifically for each client, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the basis of a change of mind. This reflects the established exemption for personalised and made-to-measure goods under consumer legislation in the United Kingdom, the European Union and comparable jurisdictions.
11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Nothing in these terms affects the client's statutory rights. Should an order arrive damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was ordered, the client is requested to contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zonairaahmed.com, quoting the order number and enclosing photographs. The matter will be assessed promptly and, where a fault is confirmed, a repair, replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate, at no cost to the client.
12. Colour disclaimer
Colours may appear slightly different in photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and fabric characteristics. A slight variation between the colour shown in pictures and the final product is therefore considered normal and is not regarded as a defect.
13. Handmade disclaimer
Each Zonaira Ahmed piece is individually crafted. Minor variations in embroidery, embellishment, placement, and finishing may occur due to the handmade nature of the garment and are not considered defects.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore shall have jurisdiction. Where the client is a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
By placing an order with Zonaira Ahmed, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
