Refund policy

All Zonaira Ahmed outfits are made to order and customised to each client's measurements and specifications. This policy reflects that.

Change of mind

As every piece is handmade and made exclusively to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the basis of a change of mind. This reflects the established exemption for personalised and made-to-measure goods under consumer legislation in the United Kingdom, the European Union and comparable jurisdictions.

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced. Production begins once the order is confirmed and payment has been received in full. A request to cancel received before production begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Measurements, size and fit

Clients are requested to provide accurate measurements at the time of ordering, following the measurement guidance provided. As each garment is cut to the measurements supplied, we are unable to accept responsibility for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements.

To raise a fit concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zonairaahmed.com, quoting your order number and enclosing photographs of the garment worn together with the measurements taken. Where an alteration is agreed, alteration charges and return shipping may apply and will be confirmed with you in advance.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zonairaahmed.com, quoting your order number and enclosing photographs. We will assess the matter promptly and, where a fault is confirmed, arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.

What is not considered a defect

Colours may appear slightly different in photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings and fabric characteristics. Minor variations in embroidery, embellishment, placement and finishing may occur due to the handmade nature of each garment. Neither is regarded as a defect.
